Coronavirus Update

pfo Patients, Parents, and other Family,

In accordance with recent recommendations/requests to help slow the spread of COVID-19 made by the CDC, national dental organizations and the executive order signed by Texas Governor Greg Abbott, limiting dental services that are considered "non-emergency", Dr. Packard has no other choice but to temporarily close our office and cancel appointments through April 21, 2020. Please be advised that this could change depending on any updated executive orders from the governor’s office and or local authorities.

We understand that many patients have appointments scheduled in the upcoming weeks. Our office will be in touch with you as soon as possible in order to reschedule. Please help us by waiting for us to contact you in regards to rescheduling your appointment.

We will continue to treat patients of record with true dental emergencies because we don’t want you going to the emergency room for any of your orthodontic needs.

Several of our team members are set up to assist you on the phone at #972-562-0340. Dr. Packard is also working on being available via FaceTime for questions/concerns with treatment. In addition their may be opportunities for doing some new patient consultations virtually. During this time, if you find that you or your child are experiencing a true orthodontic emergency please call the number above and follow the instructions to get in contact with pfo. Be sure to leave a message if we don’t answer the phone.

The health and well-being of our patients, our team members and our community has always been and continues to be one of our top priorities. Be and keep those around you well and don't forget now more than ever to #DoGoodThings

~Dr. Ryan M. Packard and your pfo team!
