At PFO, we recognize the importance of trust. Transparency and honesty in all we do are how we earn it. In order to deliver an efficient, effective, and safe orthodontic experience to each of our patients, we have established certain office policies.
At any time, feel free to ask questions about how the following topics will affect treatment time and/or cost:
- Lack of patient cooperation
- Missed/canceled appointments
- Oral hygiene status throughout treatment
- Appliance breakages
- Financial obligations and insurance
Prior to beginning treatment, all patients must sign our new patient contract, which verifies an adequate understanding of and a willingness to abide by the terms therein. As treatment commences, we want all of our patients to feel confident that they are in good hands!
